5- BRAND
Maktuk horses is a registered trademark and our products are subjected to different selections and quality controls to guarantee the quality of the product we offer to our customers. Some of our products are subtly marked with our logo once they have passed the quality controls to which they are subjected. This guarantees the customer at all times our support and responsibility for any manufacturing problem that our product may have. If you want the product unmarked, we can do it anyway, but any incident in their quality will mean shipping it to our warehouses at the buyer's expense, an income of €50 allocated to the time that our technicians will need to analyze the sent piece. Both the amount paid and the shipping costs will be refunded and the piece replaced free of charge, if after study it is determined that the piece sent is indeed a defective Maktuk horses piece. In the event that the piece sent is not from Maktuk horses and is from another supplier, the piece will be sent to the client with postage due and the €50 will be invoiced as a study concept with no possibility of return.
6-DELIVERY TIMES
The execution time for orders is variable since there are products that we have in stock and products that are made to order. In the case of products that we have in stock, the period from when it is ordered and confirmed with payment until it reaches your hands will be between 4 and 6 days. In the case of products made to order, the period is between 10 and 12 days. If your order is Urgent, you can hire our 24-72 hour service by following the steps in the previous point.

All the products that we offer for animals at Maktuk Horses are registered as Animal Health products, the products for human use have the health authorization for manufacturing and marketing, granted by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products, and the sale items do not cosmetics or gifts are authorized by the European Community, they are also approved and reviewed by the quality department.
